Welcome to the SPAC Tracker
A Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) is a "blank check" company created to raise capital through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) with the purpose of acquiring or merging with an existing private company, thereby taking it public.
How to Use This Tool:
- Add/Edit SPAC Tab: Use the form here to enter details for new SPACs you want to track or to modify existing entries. The form includes fields for various stages of the SPAC lifecycle.
- SPAC Pipeline Tab: View all your tracked SPACs in a sortable and filterable table. You can edit or delete entries directly from this pipeline view.
- Data Storage: All data you enter is stored locally in your browser using
localStorage. It is not sent to any server. - PDF Export: From the SPAC Pipeline tab, you can download a PDF report of your tracked SPACs.
This tool helps you keep your SPAC research organized and accessible.
